“This is our 3rd bed from Furl - and it’s a whopper! Delivery up to 3rd floor flat didn’t seem to faze the company and quality of product, ease of website, communication and delivery outstanding.”

“The quality of FURL sofa beds are exceptional (lovingly made in Italy) and their staff members are friendly and happy to offer any assistance. Lyuben installed the sofa bed efficiently and showed me exactly how all the pieces fit together. I can’t imagine there’s a better supplier of premium sofa beds in London.”

“We had a slightly customised air storage bed made to accommodate some additional clears 3 to the floor and also a thicker mattress. Quality is really good, and delivery and installation happened on schedule.”

“Gorgeous sofabed, very comfortable and the mechanism is so simple and elegant. The installation was quick and the delivery team were lovely, very friendly and efficient. They took the time to walk me through how to assemble and disassemble the sofa should we need to move it in future and made sure everything was just as I wanted. Would very happily recommend and would absolutely buy from Furl again.”

“We went to their shop first to get an idea of the sofa beds work and look like. The order itself was placed online with help of Marcin on the phone. Since we chose a different fabric than what was standard we had a few hurdles to overcome, but Marcin was brilliant and my sofa just arrived and looked as fabulous and perfectly functional as imagined. Well done and thanks !”

“After a hiccup about the delivery date, which was sorted out quickly, the delivery was great. They demonstrated the sofa bed mechanism and made sure they took away all the packing. I love the new sofa.”

“The bed was delivered and assembled today. Lyubo and his colleague were both friendly and professional. After assembly was complete they went through everything with me and made sure I understood and was confident to use. I was also assured if I had any questions at any time in the future I should not hesitate to contact furl. Would definitely recommend”
