“Great service from Furl all across the board: - got an informative and honest consultation at the showroom (Ece, the consultant, was professional, knowledgeable, honest, polite and overall pleasant to deal with); - got all the support I needed while ordering the sofa and after the order, receiving prompt responses from Marcin and Ece to my enquiries; - got prompt logistical support from Aimee to arrange the delivery; - got hassle-free delivery. The delivery guys came, polite and smiley, took their shoes off unprompted before stepping onto my white carpet, carefully brought the sofa parts, assembled, cleaned up, showed me how to use the sofa and left; - got a great-looking sofa that every guest compliments. Overall, I have no regret about spending my money on Furl's (more expensive) sofas. That's how you do premium customer service.”

“We had searched the internet for a quality sofabed - and although a number of sites proferred to offer them, we couldn't find anywhere that had stock that we could see and test, even though we were prepared to pay for quality - and sure as eggs is eggs, we were not prepared to pay good money for a product sight unseen. Apart from FURL whose online process was simple and highlighted showrooms where we could see and choose from a variety of configurable options. From our initial showroom visit with Claudia taking all the time we needed (even waiting patiently while we tried to get the deposit processed - turns out to be a problem with a vpn connection attempting to access bank accounts). The sofabed was ready earlier than we anticipated - but as we were about to move house, the lovely Aimee in delivery was happy to hold delivery till we were ready. Actual delivery came spot on time (at 7:50am) and was a one man job much to our surprise - Paul did an outstanding job - setting it up very quickly and showing us once again exactly how it works. It sits now in our conservatory and Crusha the cat has now claimed ownership sitting on the arm or back of the sofa in the morning sunshine. We are absolutely delighted with this very high quality piece of furniture and the top quality service throughout.”

“Having bought a storage bed and one of their lovely table when we moved to our new place last year we ordered a sofa bed in October this year and as we had come to expect From Furl we received excellent service throughout. Starting with Claudia in their showrooms through to their friendly yet very polite delivery team,Joe and Dan who assembled our sofa bed with minimum fuss and talked us through the different mechanisms,their knowledge was most welcomed. Would recommend the company Furl without a doubt.Thank you.”

“Illusion Storage Bed … I have just received the BEST BED IN THE WORLD … from Furl. I cannot THANK all members of staff enough for the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of their products. “The delivery chaps were friendly and very professional. They managed to get everything up some very tight stairs without one word of complaint! The sofa looks great and it’s very easy to pull the bed out. The bed is really comfortable too.”
