“The quality of the sofabed is excellent; the mechanism makes pulling the bed out very quick and easy and the thick mattress is really comfortable to sleep on. My queries before placing an order were dealt with swiftly & the guys who delivered were polite & careful manoeuvring the pieces up the stairs & explained how it all worked very thoroughly. All in all very happy that I bought from your company & will do so again in the future.”

“I am very pleased with my sofa bed. For this purchase I was working within very strict space contraints with respect to the maximum possible overall length of the whole unit with the bed opened up. This bed is amazingly compact. The help and advice from the company during the selection process were excellent, not only in terms of the information available on the website (including data sheets showing a full set of dimensions for all the variants of each model) and the fabric samples sent out, but also the availability of a suitably knowledgeable person at the end of a phone line. I use the sofa bed in a guest bedroom cum annex to my main living space. Personally, I have so far only used it as a sofa, where I lie on it while reading. This is great. I am quite tall and so have quite long legs, and would have preferred the seats to have greater depth (from back to front). Personally I couldn't use this item as an everyday sofa for sitting on. I suppose that's just the price I have to pay for a sofa bed as compact as I need. I've also had guests sleeping on the bed. So far, only single occupancy, but very positive comments. When I fond the website I was actually looking for a chaise longue sofa bed. Maybe an idea for product development?”

“Buying from The Sofa Bed company was a great experience. We were given a personal appointment to view the beds in London. Our bed was made in the shorter estimated time. It was delivered and assembled by two very efficient and friendly men. The bed itself is fantastic! I highly recommend this company.”

“my sofabed was delivered on time,and installed efficiently. i'm very pleased with it's appearance,and the memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable.however,i find that the sofa should be a little softer to sit on.this could be because i'm very slim, without much padding on me.”

“We've had our storage bed for over a month now and we are absolutely delighted! We went for the Simplicity Max Super King with Memory Flex mattress and integrated Lines headboard - the bed is very comfortable, the storage capacity is huge, the quality of the materials & construction is first class and it looks great! I was concerned there may be some level of compromise between a good night's sleep and having somewhere to put all the stuff that was cluttering up our flat but not now - our new bed is definitely the best of both. The whole process of buying the bed was easy too - the fabric samples we requested and the design we had fun building on the website matched exactly what we ended up with, the delivery was well coordinated, the two guys who delivered it were on time, careful, polite and helpful - due to some logistical issues with our old bed, I had elected to assemble the new bed myself and they gave me some tips on how to do so. Having said that, the bed went together very easily and with every screw and bolt hole lining up perfectly, the build was very satisfying and the result is as solid as a rock. We had originally planned to use the bed to store things we don't need very often (like suitcases) but the opening mechanism is so easy and strong that we are using it for all kinds of stuff and access it daily - opening the bed doesn't even disturb the duvet! This was by no means the cheapest storage bed we could have bought but the quality is in a different league compared to those we saw in various showrooms - I'm so glad we stretched our budget a bit as I think we have a perfect bed that may just last forever! “Got our new bed, to be fair our last was an old bed, but the difference was fantastic, my wife is a little on the plump side, and in our old bed whenever she got up I woke up. In our new bed, I just sleep on, it's really comfortable, we both agree we should have done it years ago. We live in a bungalow, so a bed with it's extra storage space below is brilliant. We visited your factory to ensure that the bed we were getting was the right one for us, we were shown everything we needed to see to make a decision, Sorting out the payment was great, everything, from seeing the bed, buying the bed, installing, was brilliant. You may have guessed we are over the moon with this purchase.”

“Excellent product ,well made and very sturdy, great storage, good customer service Self assembly instructions need to be more comprehensive, simple to assemble except easy to get frame upside down. Instructions should explain that if you are not fitting headboard then you will have brackets left over which are surplus to requirement. Will definitely buy another one. Thank you TBSC.”

“I didn't think I would ever be so excited with a bed but I did. It's solid, well made, good quality, beautifully crafted, vast array of fabrics to chose from and very comfortable. The storage underneath is amazing. Has made a big difference in our flat in keeping things away, safely and reachable. A truly fantastic investment.”
