“Customer Service was excellent Bed was excellent quality: really well made, looks excellent and lhas ots of storage space. The reason we bought it was that it's one of the few beds that have a ribbed surface (which is softer), as well as having storage. The competition is very low quality and only comes in leather. The removeable/dry cleanable fabric will also certainly be useful in time. It was very expensive but there's not much else out there and I feel that it'll be useful for years to come. Only downpoints have been: a) We ordered a superkingsized bed with an average-heavy matteress and my girlfriend isn't strong enough to open it. b) The electronic safe deposit box is excellent and works perfectly. There does however seem to be a design flaw with the battery compartment though where the batteries connectors can misalign and fall out. Otherwise the safe is fine. c) No instructions came with the safe.”

“I was given good advice when I visited the showroom and helped to make an excellent choice of bed. The fitters arrived on time and were quick to assemble the bed in situ. I'm still filling the storage space and the system operates very well. And the mattress is exceedingly comfortable!”

“-Courteous and professional delivery/setup! -Holds so much stuff - even more than I imagined it would! -The slatted base yielded the unexpected bonus of my mattress feeling more comfy than it had before! -I love my new storage bed!”

“This is the best bed we have ever had! It looks fabulous and has so much storage I have absolutely no clutter anywhere. The mechanism makes raising the bed simple and effortless. Delivery was quick, with lots of help from the delivery men who put the bed together expertly. I only wish I had bought one of these beds sooner - I thoroughly recomment them to anyone looking for style and comfort - quite apart from the amazing storage capacity!”

“I visited the showroom and found the team really helpful in answering all my questions and demonstrating the beds. I bought the ottoman and mattress which is very comfortable and great for storage. The only issue is that there were some delays with my chosen fabric and the delivery date was rearranged a few times. I would have thought that I could have received some compensation for the delays eg free pillows”

“I had a little trouble accessing my account after I had set it up. I received phone calls from David, who quickly sorted the problem out and I set about creating the bed I wanted. The website is very user friendly and goes to great lengths to make sure you will receive what you want at every stage. I ordered a king-size storage bed and when it arrived it was delivered by two of the most friendly and helpful fellows you could wish to meet. They truly are the ambassadors of this company and as such are a great asset. I elected to assemble the bed single handed and, apart from struggling a bit with the king-size elevating metal base, I had no problems. In hindsight, would I have paid the extra to have it assembled? Probably yes. However, both bed and mattress are superb. They are built to last and last and last.”

“I bought a sofa bed from The Storage Bed Company in October 2012. Installation by the installers was quick and efficient as it came in sections. It's a small 2.5 Seater Cambio in Habitat (Red Earth) fabric. I particularly liked the options to have a pocket-sprung mattress and a moving system that allows it to be moved on carpet. I think it's a very good purchase.”

“Very good construction of bed. Delivery was as discussed and delivery people very helpful. Very disappointed that the colour of the fabric bore no relation to the colour on the web except that both come under the vaguely Grey description. I know that I could have asked for a sample but you don't expect such a vast difference between the two and I wasn't bothered if there was a small difference. Otherwise I would have given you a very good. Perhaps you should put on the web that due to vast discrepancies between the colours on the web site and the actual colours that YOU ARE ADVISED toask for a sample.”

“The bed has, in my opinion, been very well made. It was delivered (on time) and put together by very pleasant staff and is exactly as ordered. I already had a mattress so I knew it was comfortable but the bed, storage space and mechanism is just what I wanted and works well.”

“We'd like to thank you very much for your excellent service, from our initial visit to your store to the final delivery and installation of our sofa bed. We appreciated the fact that you let us choose a Moon fabric that was not in your original list of swatches and your attention to detail was second to none. The bed is extremely comfortable and the crafty design of the sofa gives us plenty of free space in our guest room. Many thanks Pepin Clout and Christine Lalumia”

“Fantastic bed. Delivered very professionally. Some of the parts were incredibly heavy so it took two of us to assemble it. Easy to assemble. Looks fabulous in our newly decorated bedroom. Huge amount of storage inside. LiftIng mechanism very solid and raises high enough for easy access to everything underneath. Highly recommended.”

“We saw the Storage Bed Company's product on the Internet and they seemed to match the very specs we wanted - i.e. well built , attractive and customisable with a huge storage capacity. We went to their Wembley showroom to see for ourselves. The truth is that we were sold on one as soon as we took a good look . The Quality was excellent, with many choices and options. There was no hard sell, the products did that for themselves and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed. We took our time and got good help in working out what we wanted, but didn't feel forced to buy then and there - we like to think and consider what we want ( and to remeasure everything ) , that was fine for them - I guess they knew they had a sale and pushing us would have been a mistake. So we bought a MAXI storage bed and had it delivered and set up for us . The guys delivered and installed it in double quick time (didn't even finish their tea.) and its been bliss since. Very smart , well built and has been a fantastic purchase. They say you get what you pay for, I can heartily agree , its been brilliant. Seriously considering a Sofabed.”

“These beds are absolutely superb, ruggedly built and rock solid with no flexing, squeaking or creaking. It was a great investment that will last for decades (I'd recommend the removable covering option that enables the upholstery to be removed and inexpensively replaced in case of redecorating, moving home or cosmetic damage). More expensive than other storage beds on the market that you find in the large retail parks, but the level of quality and additional storage space makes the Storage Bed company's beds vastly better value for money. My bed is a king size simplicity max, I've had it 3 months now and I can't recommend it highly enough! I wouldn't buy another bed from anywhere else. Thanks David L, Surrey”
