“Had to wait a while for delivery, but that seems par for the course with the supply issues at the moment. It took about 6/8 weeks but that was made clear when we ordered and they fulfilled as promised. Delivery was very good. The two guys who came were polite and efficient, got things in and assembled quickly, showed me clearly how it all worked and left everything clean and tidy. All in all very pleased!”

“After months of searching for a storage bed, I finally came across Furl. And so glad I did as it designed the best storage bed I have seen on the market. I absolutely love my new Max Storage bed and the Gel 1800 mattress is extremely comfortable. Thank you, MJ for the recommendation! The delivery team was great too, a quick and clean job, had the bed installed in less than 2 hours. Thank you Furl for delivering the bed of my dreams!”

“Excellent customer service, from my visit to the showroom at the beginning to the installation of my wonderful new Max bed, staff have been friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. Delivery and installation completed quickly and neatly and I am delighted with the quality of my bed, and the storage is cavernous - perfect for my requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend Furl!”

“Very pleased from start to finish with purchase and delivery of the AirB Sofa bed. Visited nice showroom in Swiss Cottage where we were able to see a range of beds. Marcin was knowledgeable and helpful in showing us around. We were able to place the order and customise the material sourced from an external provider. Quality of end product, delivery and installation of a high standard. Any queries we had re product and delivery resulted in a quick and timely response. Only hiccup was with the website where it would not accept our order resulting in an obtuse error code, however David was able to sort this out.”

“I am delighted with my Furl sofabed which was delivered today. It looks great, is beautifully made and is certainly comfortable to sit on. The bed mechanism itself is smooth, easy to use and seems robust. From a quick 10 minute lay down it also feels super comfy. I must also say the two delivery drivers were great - they were very efficient, friendly and joyful. They took great care with the installation, were respectful of my carpet removing their shoes without being prompted and had the installation completed in no time at all :-)”

“The Furl delivery/bed installation men were very efficient and extremely respectful of my home. They do a tough job so remaining cheerful under those circumstances can be difficult but they were. They did not mind me watching them putting my bed together which i appreciated and they answered all the questions I had.”

“I received delivery yesterday of my excellent sofa bed. The mechanism is a joy to behold. It was delivered exactly on time and assembled swiftly. A seamless process by two very obliging men. During the process of ordering my new sofa my only concern is that the system is geared and directed almost entirely to those who are conversant with Ordering entirely on line. I am not and found the system forbidding and rather daunting ..I was even expected to book an appointment to visit the Swiss Cottage showroom on line. I didn’t and turned up anyway. I only mention this because there was a moment when I very nearly gave up and went to John Lewis instead. I’m glad I didn’t as my sofa is a great success!”

“Furl is the only company which was able to supply exactly what I needed in a restricted space. Ordering was straightforward and the options were so impressive that I just knew that I would be delighted with my sofa bed when it was delivered and so it has proven to be. The delivery and installation service were further bonuses- I was kept well informed as to the delivery date which was actually earlier than forecast and very welcome; updates on the precise time of arrival were much appreciated and were spot on. The two man team were very pleasant, polite and clearly very experienced as they were so efficient and were in and out within half an hour. In summary, I’m not just delighted but actually feeling rather smug at having chosen this superb company- I should add that the quality of the sofa and the lovely mattress and clever design and mechanism of the unit are all exemplary and without rival”
