“I stumbled across their showroom by accident close to my new flat and was actually looking for a space saving bed solution. I couldn't believe my luck when MJ showed me their bed options and in the end decided to purchase the showroom sofa bed. I was very happy with my decision and MJ organised the delivery for once I had moved in. The delivery men were so friendly and knowledgable. Furl have their customer service spot on! Could not fault them and I'm so happy with my sofa bed. It's even more comfortable to sleep on than my previous Memory Foam topped mattress. I received a thank you email the night of the delivery. Amazing customer service and fab design solutions. I will be back when I save up! Definitely worth a visit to their showroom. All the staff are lovely and so helpful. Thanks Furl, MJ and the team.”

“Really thrilled with our new Furl beds. Delivered on time to Cornwall and they even moved out the old beds for us. They are just as they should be, look really good, very neat and well finished. The lifting mechanism is also very ergonomic and easy to lift even with the mattress on, unlike another bed we have from John Lewis. i would definitely recommend Furl and would buy from them again.”

“Bought a wall-bed from Furl, which arrived without magnets, so I had to wait 3 weeks for those, also there was no handle for pulling down and pushing up the wall-bed which they refused to fit, so I had to pay someone to fix a handle. The corners were so sharp that when I lightly knocked into one, I had a bleeding and extremely painful shin bone for 6 weeks!”

Dear Isolde, it was nice to see you at the showroom again last week, we are pleased that your wall bed is helping you maximise the space in your flat. As we explained, we don't make a handle for our wall beds as we like to keep the outer appearance of our cabinets as simple and streamline as possible, I'm glad you found someone who has made and fitted one for you. We were sorry to hear about your little accident last year, like all cabinets at floor level, coffee tables etc, extra care is advised, especially in a dark bedroom where visibility is reduced, I know you fitted the amazon corner protectors we sent you last year and that has helped.

“The whole experience of selecting, ordering and taking delivery was excellent. The web site was clear and easy to use. Samples requested came quickly. Ordering was easy on the web site. Sales support was extremely helpful in agreeing and organising a delivery date that suited me. The delivery team were excellent. They arrived on time as planned. They were super efficient in delivering and setting up my furniture. The explained and presented well how to use my sofa bed and expanding table. They were very friendly throughout.”

“We received a phone call before the sofa arrived and it turned up on time. The driver and mate were both friendly and extremely polite. The sofa itself is as we remembered and we expect to be very satisfied once we start using it. The only downside is that while trying to manoeuvre the heavy frame through our narrow hall and up the stairs our wooden floor sustained a deep gouge and the wall about half way up the stairs sustained a smaller gouge. The wall is easily fixable, the floor not so. These marks were only noticed after the delivery men had left.”

“I am very happy with my sofa bed . It is beautiful and elegant to look at , a lovely colour , comfortable to sit on and to sleep in . The delivery drivers were extremely polite and considerate. The only negative was that it was a very long wait between placing the order and it arriving (over 2 months) . Other than that I would highly recommend Furl . Thank you!”

“A very good place to shop! I received excellent customer service from the person who served me and processed my purchase back in April, and the friendly and professional team who delivered and installed my sofa bed yesterday, were very efficient and worked quickly. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, well made furniture.”
