“I had an amazing service and felt really supported with the many questions I had and the choice of which e-cargo bike to get. I went to Fully Charged to test some of the Tern cargo bikes as I was looking for a way to take my children to football sessions without having to spend 1h each way in public transports, many times a week.
The whole process was very smooth and so easy - from doing a test ride, to making a reservation on the bike, to picking it up, to booking a free 6 weeks health check. It is all so well organised! And everyone at the London Bridge shop is always so friendly and helpful!”
“I purchased a Riese & Muller Nevo 3, in 2022, the bike is great and I use about twice a week to ride 40 miles. The rear spokes started to snap and I had to bring my bike in for a service and repair, the customer service is great, I firstly met with Bryan, who was informative and helpful, I also booked the bike for a service and wanted to purchase a front bike rack and bike bag, both which was not available on the website, Bryan and Mikey (the mechanic) were able to locate them from their stockroom, which I was grateful for. The repair and service only took 1 day it was ready the following date I dropped it off. (They contacted me before the repair to speak about options and suggestions).
Fully Charge nearest store is 11 miles away (Tooley Street), but the service and communication is top rate, this I can honestly say has improved over the two years I have been a customer.

“Visited the Guildford branch on 22-6-24 not knowing very much about e bikes. Had a booking with Chris who was excellent, found out what we wanted the bikes for and made some recommendations. We had some test rides. Went back three days later and bought two bikes with some accessories. We are confident we have exactly what will suit our needs thanks to the help and advice from Chris. “I bought a RM Charger 4 and owned for 5 weeks now and seems to be a near perfect purchase. For my intended use for purchasing, I should have probably opted for the Homage as Tristan (Silverstone) suggested. I’ll be back at Fully Charge by the year end to upgrade to Homage (Sooner if my bank allows it). From Test riding through to Delivery, Tristen has been exceptional: friendly; informative, and trustworthy. I highly recommend giving the business a visit and going on to purchasing a E-bike. I have barely been in a car since for personal travel, despite winter floods, driving rain and freezing wind. With the carry capacity of the panniers to the comfort/reliability of the bike I don't ever want to be a car owner again.”
