But I was a little disappointed that it came not cleaned, and bits of sticky plastic stuck to the front forks. also, the battery was all but flat. Apart from that, the phone staff were clear and friendly, the delivery was good and the bike is in good condition. Just a little disappointed on arrival as it was a present for my wife.”

“We bought an HSD S+ in July this year. We had a great time at Fully Charged Cornwall testing out different bikes and what would suit us. Chris was super helpful in making a decision and had great communication.
When new bike day arrived Chris dropped the bike to our home and helped us set it up.
We had a problem with a faulty motor and Chris literlly sorted it as soon as there was a problem. He had the bike back to us within 48 hrs of the part arriving and we have had problem free biking since.
We are now 400 miles in and I LOVE this bike!
It has become a true second car/ car replacement and I would much rather go and do errands, school runs and commute to work on the bike than I would drive the car.
We have bought some additional accessories that I would totally recommend and have been invaluable - the clubhouse mini, mad pad and storm box. We have the stirrups and wheel guards for next summer but haven't used them yet.
Our 4 year old loves going on the bike and it's made our school run lots of fun.
All in all a wonderful experience and great communication. We bought through a cycle to work scheme which was also quick and straightforward.

The purchase and delivery was super quick and efficient and Fully Charged met every one of their promises.
The bike was actually delivered ahead of time and al I had to do was adjust the handle bars. All other aspects of the bike had been checked and sorted before delivery. Such a simple case of deliver and ride.
Max was great help to answer some initial queries such that I’ve been able to use the bike immediately and enjoying every ride.
