“Fully Charged were actually recommended by another ebike shop in my area… I’m now so relieved that I took the time to go down and properly work out what I needed at Fully Charged, and didn’t just get something that ‘would do’ from a shop more local to me. Because the Fully Charged team took so much time to really thrash-out what I was looking for. I had done a bit of research, but this is their specialism and three people were involved in presenting the range of different styles and features of ebikes. After systematically helping me narrow-down my options into a few different products I was allowed to go for a proper test ride of four different bikes. With further explanation of options and features it was then pretty obvious what I should go for. The cost was more than I had originally planned, but the 0% finance sorted that. One month on, riding this ebike around for work every day and I could not be more confident that I got the best ebike for me. Riding between jobs is literally the best part of my job; I love it! Super friendly, great advice all the way through, and they won't try and sell you anything that you don't actually need.
I started with going for a test ride - their location is good for this. I asked plenty of questions and got clear and understandable answers that are not too geeky.
They explained very well how to go go through via the cyclescheme and which one they can accept so it made it easier with my employer.
They have a wide range of reliable brands and their shop is also pleasant! It's a bit like E-Bike heaven as far as I'm concerned ...
And they have something for various budgets too!
As I put a deposit down for my bike, they prepared it and it was ready even before I got the Cyclescheme voucher from my work.
Upon collection, the bike was already set up and absolutely FULLY charged so I managed to go on a long ride immediately after picking up my shiny brand new ebike.
They went through the settings and charges with me and showed me how to adjust everything ...
