“I was horrified when, after driving for 13 miles, I realised I had put unleaded in my diesel car. Fuel Fixer responded without delay when I rang them, and one of their men, Bela was with me within 45 minutes. It was explained to me over the phone that Bela is one of their most experienced and knowledgeable guys, and Bela lived up to every word. He was professional and extremely efficient, getting right to the matter at hand with a graciousness and caring not often witnessed in this world. I knew immediately that I could trust him and that he would do everything he could to get me back on the road. Bela demonstrated his understanding of how stressful the situation was for me by repeating instructions and standing by me as I followed them, making sure I didn't accidentally and automatically start the engine when I was asked not to. He stood by me at the pump when it came time to fill my car with diesel and in a very humourous way put his hands over the unleaded nozzles to be sure I selected the correct fuel. He had me laughing despite myself! He was the sent knight in shining armour in a dark hour. You are a star, Bela, and I appreciate all that you did for me to get me back on the road! Fuel Fixer were not the cheapest companies of the ones I contacted, but I cannot recommend them highly enough - I'm so grateful I went with them and that my journey home was only delayed by about two hours from the moment I contacted them to being back on the road again.”

“On telephone your rep was very helpful with regards to what not to do which obviously made the job easier as I did no start car or put key in ignition, the garage were very understanding and allowed me leave my car at the pumps. Your technician attended in under half an hour. He explained everything with regard to the procedure and the outcome. I was very relieved to get such service on a short time, lucky to find you on Google. Had I not in my ignorance could have driven away until I could contact local garage which could have no doubt caused damage to my engine. I feel having made contact with your company I have dodged a very expensive bullet.”
