“Avoid, avoid, avoid. Waste of £400+ with no customer service or after care. I had them come out while I was at work to empty the tank of contaminated diesel. I tried to run the car when I had time and the engine kept cutting out the same as before. Contacted Fuel Fixer mechanic who said that the fuel filter should have been changed - this was not highlighted to myself or my wife who dealt with the mechanic while I was at work. I got a new filter and the mechanic said he would come back to fit it. Every day for two weeks he said that he would come that day to just not turn up, communication was all but non-existent. I eventually have given up and I am out the money with my car no closer to being fixed, having to pay for another mechanic to help. It also says on the website that their mechanics carry fuel filters - but either way, there is no excuse for the appalling aftercare.”

“They were excellent and quick. I was having real problems trying to find someone, including my motor rescue organisation, who would drain my tank, flush it and put enough fuel in to get safely to a garage to refill properly. They were so helpful on the phone, arrived within 30 minutes and drained the tank, flushed it and put 20 litres of fuel in. All of this on a Saturday and for a good price. I would highly recommend Fuel Fixer.”

“Felt a right plonker when I put petrol in my diesel car . But after only 20 minutes I was met at the petrol station by a very nice man who reassuringly told me Iits a common mistake but it will be the last time I ever do it . I was back on the road with a healthy engine again.”

“Company were helpful in a crisis of my own stupid making. I thought the price was very expensive and price quoted did not include the vat. It cost me £418.80 which is way more than other companies so very disappointed the company felt they could rip me off”
