“Had put the wrong fuel in my car . Called fuel fixer . Was told would be within the hour. Was nearer 2 hours. Was told would flush tank and fuel system. Mechanic removed the fuel and then replaced with diesel I’d assume flushing would mean adding some chemical and then removing it thus flushing . No flush of injectors or injector rail. No flush of the filter no replacement filter was carried out . The mechanic sprayed the air inlet hose until the car started eventually the car fired up and revs screamed to 6000rpm instantly . At this point water hose for oil coolant split and high pressure water sprayed out from the engine bay. Then the car stalled . The mechanic could not fix the issue he created and left me with a faulty car . He asked me to sign paperwork after this to state it’s not his responsibility which I have refused to sign. I am not prepared to pay for this unprofessional workmanship . I still have to pay for someone else to flush system replace fuel filter and now I have to fix the coolant system too I have many witnesses of all this and a review from the rac who had to be called out to recover the vehicle So far I have lost £75 and had my car made worse I do not recommend any one use your services untill there is a very good resolution put in place”

“It was an excellent service. Everything was done in 20 minutes. The engineer explain me what he would do and gave me peace of mind that nothing would happen with my car. Just one thing: the amount of diesel replaced was £10 instead of £20. Thank you !!”

“After weighing up the alternatives, I called Fuel Fixer and found them to be helpful and efficient. Not knowing the prices of this service, I initially was surprised at the cost. But, on reflection, you are paying for a specialised service requiring unique equipment and training. The technician was very helpful and understanding. The procedure was efficient and I was on my way in no time. I am hoping not to be in this situation again, but if I were I would no second thoughts in using this service again”

“A bit expensive, but the guy who came out went completely above and beyond !!! Drained and flushed my fuel system, and he helped us try and figure out what was wrong with the car, when he didn’t have to, would 100% recommend !!!! (NOTE: as far as I’m aware, the technicians are NOT mechanics, the guy who came out to my car helped us because he was curious as to what else could be wrong with the car (turned out rats had chewed a hole in the air filter, and the MAF was dead, but they are NOT MECHANICS !!!!) ^they didn’t tell me to write this, I’m just saying it to be transparent^”
