“I filled my diesel car with petrol in Frome and drove to Gillingham realizing something was not right. Operator arrived within an hour of getting in touch, Everything went smoothly, no issues/problems etc. A pleasant young man, very helpful and tidy workman.. Price was eyewatering, but with a deadline in view, I had little option. Drove back from Gillingham to Norfolk with no problems. Try not to get old - it's no fun and very expensive. Many thanks.”

“From the first phone call to the mechanics turning up on my door step a little over an hour later; I cannot praise this service enough!! I was in a highly stressful situation and the man I spoke to on the phone initially (John) was helpful, kind and extremely supportive. The mechanics that sorted my car (one named Tom and the other I didn’t catch - apologies) were superb. Thank you very much!!”

“Customer service = appalling Work carried out = appalling Advised that I needed a new fuel pump as technician couldn’t get vehicle started. Had another company attend later the same day, fuel cap hissed when he removed it ( blatant sign that still was petrol in the tank) 2nd company removed the fuel, cleaned and got my car back to working order 5 stars to them. Still awaiting some communication back …..😡”
