“I contacted Fuel Fixer for a friend who had put diesel in her petrol car, was away from her home town and was getting very low on mobile battery. Both the guy on the phone (I think his name was Dylan?) and the guy who attended were extremely helpful and understanding. They arrived within 40 minutes and made sure that my friend then had petrol to get home. While it is an expensive mistake, it is easily (sadly) done and it is great to know it can be sorted reasonably quickly. Thank you.”

“Michael arrived and after reassuring me, got straight to work. Around 30 minutes later my car was fixed! Absolutely delighted and relieved. Michael was such a lovely, friendly and polite guy. “Excellent mechanic, but very annoyed at being misled about the price given over the phone. It was more than the other company but these were able to respond quicker. So I paid the higher price. THEN I was informed at the very end VAT is added to the quoted price. But to reiterate, the mechanic who attended was excellent and got me away, then followed me to the nearest fuel station to make sure everything was good.”

“great customer service rep. quick and efficient. technician was with us within 90 mins and sorted the problem in about 30mins. The cost of £400 for a tank drain and a few litres of new fuel is extortionate and takes advantage of the motorist in need of a quick and proper service. suppose its a sellers market!”
