“My initial action was to call my breakdown cover who offered to collect the car and drop it at a garage able to fix the problem but after attempting to get several VW group garages to urgently fix my car I was unable to do this. The best I could get was a slot 6 weeks later! I then did an internet search and found good positive reviews for Fuel Fixer. They arranged to fix the car on my drive way that afternoon. The young man was very polite and explained what the process entailed. He was here for several hours and was very thorough only handing me the keys when he was happy all the checks had passed and the engine was running fine. It seems a bit expensive but worth it for a prompt service although I doubt it would have been much cheaper at the Audi dealer 6 weeks later. All in all an excellent service.”

“It's an expensive service, but the team couldn't have been more helpful and were able to get to me within a couple of hours and rescue me from my stupid mistake, allowing us to still get away for our family pre-Christmas break as planned. The person who took my call was cheery, kind & reassuring, and the guy who came out to me even tried valiently to push the car all the way across the forecourt out of the way by himself, bless him, before some other lads jumped out of a passing van to help!”
