“Very efficient from first call to job completion. Very nice engineer.- Just sad that it cost me so much for making a stupid mistake and only took max. 20 mins to drain tank. Fortunately I realised my mistake when replacing fuel cap so no fuel went through engiine. £288 seems far too much even for time and distance.”

“Very good although we had to wait over 2 hours for van to arrive a chap called Peter was very quick and explained everything to us while we waited. Calmed me down as well as I was very upset. He stayed with us till it was drained, refilled and then started the engine to make sure it was running correctly. We could not thank Peter enough for all his help. I’m just sorry he had to come a long way from Tauton to help us. Thank you.”

“Customer service was excellent. Prompt answer, clear and knowledgeable on the phone and sent a guy round in u der 2hrs. It took him less than that to drain and flush the system for me. The chap who done it was brilliant. I felt reassured and my car has run absolutely flawlessly ever since. I wish all breakdown people were like these guys, highly recommend!!”
