“When Tony arrived to empty the fuel tank, the temp was -1deg and getting dark, he worked diligently with my car being a Hybrid and the tank had a anti theft device it wasn't the easiest of jobs, It was so cold he let us sit in his van to keep warm, Tony kept chatting to us keeping us informed of the progress. It made our ordeal a bit more bearable, he assured us people make this mistake a lot of the time. His manner and sense of humour kept us going the whole time. What a lovely man o deal with, thank you so much”
