“Came out to our customers van which had been sitting for almost a year because it had been run with AdBlue in the fuel. Been quoted over £5k to have the whole fuel system replaced. Customer ready to bin off the van. Found the company online and had it booked within 2 days. When the gentleman arrived, took him less than 2 hours to have the van running again. Very impressed. Will now be using FuelFixer for all of our miss fueling vehicles.”

Unfortunately with AdBlue contaminations, this is something we hear all too often as dealerships do tend to find it easier to replace parts rather than cleaning the system thoroughly. As you experienced, all of our engineers are trained to the highest standard with AdBlue contaminations. “Being heavily pregnant and lacking sleep I made the fatal mistake of putting the wrong fuel in my dads car, fuel fixers were with me within an hour gave excellent service and reassurance can't fault the service received and the car is running perfectly. Thanks again you made a very stressed pregnant woman feel relaxed and looked after i hope it never happens again but if it does I'll know who to call for help A☆☆☆”

“Your Engineer?? spent two hours at my home during which time he was constantly on his mobile phone (I presume receiving instruction from someone who knew how to rectify the fault) When he arrived he told me that he needed to get under the rear seats which I presume he managed as the seats had been moved and the carpets were left in disarray. When the car broke down two days later and fuel gushed out underneath the car, your company insisted that the Engineer?? had touched nothing under the rear seats? My car was then serviced and the damage caused by your Engineer?? was corrected at a cost to me of £680.”
