“Phoning for help was very easy. Angela handled the call professionaly, explaining the process of what has to be done and the costs involved. She was also reassuring in manner, in a calm and confident way. This helped to ease the embarrasing situation. Call out was on time, with communications very good. The mechanic was calm and friendly, resolving the fix. Car performed great afterwards. Can't praise the service enough and a special mention for the exemplary staff.”

“Expensive, but cheaper than new engine or car... Gabe arrived when expected, was courteous and professional. Had the car back up and running in next to no time. There was added £30 expense of engine cleaner additive (I would have preferred to know about this in advance). However, my car runs even better than it did before I put petrol in it Useful Share KC”

“Fantastic service from beginning to end the guy taking the call put me at ease and explained the process and was able to tell me how long my wait would be, was only a two hour wait then the job was professionally completed swiftly and by a proper friendly gent. Hope I don’t make the same mistake again but if I did I would defo call fuel fixers first!! Thank you”

“Arrived in around an hour, polite and very professional. Got the van sorted in around an hour and a half. IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO PUT ADBLU IN THE DIESEL TANK DO NOT START THE ENGINE AND CALL FUEL FIXER IMMEDIATELY.”

“My guy turned up at my address aroung 75 mins after my first phone call. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about cars, he explained what he was going to do and got on and done it. It took a bit longer than he first thought but did a very good job.”

“The technician who attended my car explained every process he did to dtain the Adblue from my tank etc. He was very thorough and even came back a few hours later to redrain fuel filter!! Top Guy!!!!”

“Accidentally put petrol into my diesel Darko attended and even though he couldn't connect the Bluetooth software he stuck at it for over 90 mins. The drain was easy but car struggled to start due to airlock. His persistence paid off. Got me started and back on the road. Excellent service.”
