“Initial problem occurred late one evening. There was no urgency so arranged an appointment for the next morning. The drainer, Pete, phoned to say he would be a bit late because of traffic. He arrived in a very acceptable time. Very friendly lad, and very efficient. Back on the road in a short time. Very pleased with the way we were treated.”

“Both of your members of staff who I interacted with were brilliant. Clearly your clients are all people who have made recently made catastrophic mistakes and the price to fix this is high, but they sgpuld all be grateful. Both Dylan (I think I recall correctly) who I spoke to on the phone and Rob who I met in person were genuinely excellent and could not have been more helpful or professional. As I mentioned the price you charge is a high one, but ypur clients are in a poor position to complain or negotiate, the service I received was entirely commesurate with the price. Whilst the service was outatanding, please forgive me dsying that I naturally and sincerely hope not to ever have to call you again but I would definitely recommend you.”
