“Very helpful - Michael at Fuel Fixer. Appointment arranged, unfortunately operative had a blow out en route to me. I was kept informed of everything, and although I had to wait another two hours, I was able to go home, recieved a call when operative was 15 mins away and return to my car. Fuel clearing explained at I was on my way in 30 mins. Life savers at the end of a stressful day. Thank you”

“Well - when I called you said your technician would be there in 15 minutes and he was. Unforgivably I have forgotten his name but he was your Hungarian gentleman based near Gatwick. Really nice guy and definitely completely on top of his game, can’t say enough good things about him and from start to finish not much more than 30-40 minutes. Still hurting from the cost though but I guess that’s the price of my stupidity with regards filling up with the wrong fuel.”

“The technician called to advise of his arrival time and was very friendly on arrival. He explained the process and once completed recommended refilling the car (with the correct fuel)! And then drive the car for approximately 15 minutes to help clean the spark plugs. The car ran rough until refuelled and the engine management unit "reset" itself but was then back to normal. Thanks very much”

“When we called we did get straight through which was a relief but it didn’t really seem straightforward to find out the price, the agent deducted £100 instantly which was frustrating, you were already in a stressful situation and somebody wants to start bartering, not the best. We were told, we would have to wait 40 minutes which was fine, after 2 1/2 hours of waiting hour engineer arrived . I had already explained that we had three young children and a puppy in the car which made the situation worse. When the engineer did arrive, he was great and dealt with the situation quickly.”
