“I spoke to Nora on the phone and she was very friendly and polite. Great to talk too and didn't make me feel any worse than I was already feeling. She gave me a quote and a time scale pretty quick. When the engineer turned up within 30/40mins, again friendly and polite, non judgemental. He drained my tank and kindly pushed me back to the pump (I was still in the fuel garage) made sure I had the right fuel nozzle before filling my tank. Very good service.”

“Very fast service, very friendly and got the problem. Sorted. Very expensive, and I would question the £20 worth of fuel they put in to reprime. The very nice operative said it was included in the price, but it wasn’t. Hey go. Lesson - Don’t mis fuel.”

“Your engineer turned up two hours later than scheduled and tried to overcharge me. When I had finished later that day I filled up with fuel and putting over 45 L which should not have been possible as he charge me for 20 L, and the tank only holds 60 L, so in summary, not a good experience”

Made me feel like someone cared could relate to my position and would support me through the experience Technician called prior to arriving to confirm on his way, again was an absolute agent, very knowledgable, understanding and also reassuring. Came through for me and got me running again with no fuss Cannot recommend these people more”

“Hard sell on the phone. Prices given without BAT to make extortionate prices sound slightly less. Give prices with VAT. A simple change will make price comparisons far easier. Your customers are unlikely to be businesses used to gaining prices without VAT.”
