“I only put 5 stars because that's as high as I could Was told 90 minutes Waited 90 minutes was told exactly what would happen and it happened that way Can't fault them”

“The engineer turned up, very helpful, proactive, chatty and made me feel comfortable that everything was going to be ok within seconds. Having made the terrible mistake of fuelling the car with the wrong type of fuel I was worried about the detrimental damage that may occur to the car, especially having bought it less than 24 hours ago. He was fantastic to deal with, even though I waited an hour extra than the time given to me, he made it a positive experience and went the extra mile to make sure the car was working perfectly before giving back the key.”
