“Well, I learnt a lesson - don't accept the price they first quote: when I declined, they came back 20 minutes later with a new quote nearly £70 less than the first on!!! That aside, the man who sorted my car - Mikal - could not have been more friendly and efficient. A joy to meet so left me with a happy end to my annoying mistake.”

“After doing the unthinkable and putting petrol in my diesel car , I was at my wit's end with my children in the car,I searched online and came across fuel fixers and gave them a call ,they reasured me and put my mind at rest ,within the hour a fuel technician was with me and talked through what he was doing ,within 30 min I was on my way again ,and also got a customer service call a few days later to see if all was good ,can't recemend enough ,1st class service from start to end”

“Excellent service Racheal was very helpful and was able to reassure me that they could take the petrol out and get me back on the road. The 2 engineers that came out Adam and an apprentice under going training were excellent talking me through the process and explaining the process. “Came out after one and half hours which was ok, but was ok for me maybe not if you are stuck in the middle of nowhere. When he came out he got straight to it and once done put £20 worth of fuel in. The car started first time at the end so all good there and no lasting damage done from my mishap. Very expensive mistake!”

“I have been driving now for over 40 years, and last week was obviously not concentrating on what I was doing, because as I put petrol in instead of diesel. Two people in the filling station gave me a number, and so did a very nice Sales Adviser from the Lotus Car Showroom in Long Stratton next door. He gave me a card for ..... Fuel Fixer. I was told not to start the car and I would have someone there with me shortly. The Lady I spoke to was very kind and reassuring . A man called Colin came out to me without delay. Done his job very promptly and professionally, and made sure that I was stress - free before I drove off. Hi would highly recommend this Company.,”

“What a dreadful day, hubby put £20 of petrol in my car before he realised it should have been diesel. This is the 4th time!!! I had a car full of shopping to deliver to my uncles n brother as I am their carer. The petrol attendant gave me your card, fantastic you ended my nightmare. Help was only 45 mins away, so pleasant, so professional, so helpful. The bill stung a bit but we were saved to carryon as planned. Thankyou so much. My car is a disability car as I am myself disabled. You took so much stress from us. I would totally recommend you .”
