“The service provided from Start to finish was amazing. The guy we spoke to on the phone was reassuring and sympathetic to our situation. The guy who came to fix the fuel error was lovely and even when shouted at by the staff which was unnecessary he didn’t let it bother him, kept calm and professional and was keeping us laughing. 100% would recommend and would use again but hopefully won’t have to!”

“After accidentally putting £19 of unleaded petrol into the car instead of diesel, the garage attendant gave me a Fuel Fixer contact card. Fortunately I had the good sense not to start the engine. Upon calling them I was spoken to in a pleasant manner and agreed for an engineer to come out. The engineer arrived 2 hours later (at an agreed time) and was able to pump the fuel out of my car successfully, taking about half an hour. A good service to a hapless motorist!”

Unfortunately AdBlue contaminations are not the cheapest problems to fix however most companies will not be able to deal with them at the roadside and the quotes we've heard from customers who've been to dealerships have mostly been astronomical in comparison! :) - Lewis, Fuel Fixer.
