“All good. Could have had better communication between call centre and driver. Driver could have had better light.”

Thank you for the feedback. All of our drivers have now been given new and improved lights as per your feedback. We have also had a company meeting with the drivers and call operators to rectify the communication errors so that it will not happen again.

“Initially a good service, engineer carried out work methodically. Unfortunately when going to fuel station I noted no fuel cap, subsequently got in touch with engineer who informed me he left it on the roof of my light van. Found remains of cap later. They have agreed to repay cost of cap, however very inconvenient.”

“This vehicle had not been misfuelled but needed a fuel drain and fuel filter fitted, A very quick response to attend and carry out the work completing the job in just over an hour, the technician worked in very heavy rain but never complained once, I would recommend this company to anyone requiring a fuel drain.”

We are extremely competitive on our prices and try to match any offers from other companies, however, there are companies out there who are cheaper BUT you will pay for what you get. Please be wary of companies extremely cheap prices, there are often more serious problems which will occur in the future with your car.

“What could have been a disaster on the eve of a holiday, was turned into just an expensive hic-up. From the initial phone call to the job being done was very slick. All estimated times were accurate and the work carried out quickly and without fuss.”

“Job was completed and no issues with the car since. Only issue was how long it took to get the help, I had to ring twice to see where the driver was who was coming to my rescue. I was told it would be within 50 minutes but it was over an hour and a half. The price was quite expensive but overall I'm just pleased they fixed my car. Would recommend!”

“After realising that I had filled my car with 13 litres of unleaded fuel, I immediately onto google and found Fuel fixer. I spoke to a very helpful guy who took my details etc and informed me that one of his drivers was only 4 miles away. When the Fuel fixer van turned up, the driver was very polite and professional and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot. It took about 20 minutes for my car to be fully drained, throughout which I had a good chat with the driver. Should this ever happen again, I will certainly use Fuel fixer. Fast, efficient and professional. Thankyou”
