“Extremely poor value for money. I should have used my local garage to attend to my vehicle. It would have been half the cost. Not being informed that the price advised on the initial call was excluding VAT is neglect at best and misrepresentation at worse.”

“Could not have asked for more speedy service. The person attending could not have been more helpful and caring after putting diesel instead of petrol in my car. He was very efficient and completed the task and was very informative.”

“I was very panicked when I first realised what I had done. However the garage had one if your cards. From first contact your call handler had a very calming effect. My only criticism would be the wait time. She initially told me the closest engineer had said he was 12 minutes away, she advised that it would most likely be a 20-minute wait. This was in fact very nearly an anxious hours wait. On arrival though, he was very calm and controlled, extremely pleasant and reassuring. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently and I was on my way again.”

“The service was great, however the company charges £20 for the right gas to get on the road which were paid for in the forfait but not put into the car. When asked why the fuel gauge was still showing empty, the employee just said it is only £20! That's 10 liters so a 5th of the tank. I drove immediately to the nearest station which was less than a mile away and filled it to full capacity ie 54 liters on a tank which normally only takes 50lts. Needless to say this left me with a feeling of being cheated!”

“Fast response and good service, helped me out after my partner partly filled her van with unleaded fuel instead of diesel. After flushing the tank and supplying some diesel everything was running as good as new. Thanks”

“The gentleman who did the job was pleasant and efficient, even to the point of suggesting I could refill with the cheaper diesel rather than the Ultlimate variety, but I always use the more expensive sort as I presume it is better for my engine. I am very fond of my car! Everything has been fine since then and I am glad I always keep a note of your phone number in my handbag. Can I suggest you send a quantity of cards to the BP (Egerton) petrol station as the manager said he had run out and he would like some more. I would like a couple too! Many thanks. Michelle Kelly”
