“great customer service rep. quick and efficient. technician was with us within 90 mins and sorted the problem in about 30mins. The cost of £400 for a tank drain and a few litres of new fuel is extortionate and takes advantage of the motorist in need of a quick and proper service. suppose its a sellers market!”

“Did a good job removing fuel, flushing the system, but unfortunately forgot to put back engine cover, left it on my bins which I found next day, phoned and they got the technician to phone me, he did and I had to put the cover back under his instructions”

“My wrong fuel incident happened on a weekday early morning. Fuel fixer were quick to answer the phone and came out as promised within an hour. The fuel extraction job was done quickly and efficiently without any fuss. Would also note that they price above AA.”

“i calld at 9pm and he was willing to send someone out there and then but i asked for the next day and as i was told he turned up at 8am and i live in amble the guy said he was gateshead the job was quick less then the hour and no mess no smell even though i had a tank full of deisel and about £15 of petrol the price was the worst part of the whole mix up service 5 stars”
