“I was very dissappointed with how i was treated by one of the people I spoke to on the phone who put the phone down on me. Another person was a bit more helpful but I am shocked at how I could ahve been given an £80 discount so quickly. I am waiting to hear from Fuel fixer as I have requested a refund.”

“I spoke to Nora on the phone and she was very friendly and polite. Great to talk too and didn't make me feel any worse than I was already feeling. She gave me a quote and a time scale pretty quick. When the engineer turned up within 30/40mins, again friendly and polite, non judgemental. He drained my tank and kindly pushed me back to the pump (I was still in the fuel garage) made sure I had the right fuel nozzle before filling my tank. Very good service.”

“Very fast service, very friendly and got the problem. Sorted. Very expensive, and I would question the £20 worth of fuel they put in to reprime. The very nice operative said it was included in the price, but it wasn’t. Hey go. Lesson - Don’t mis fuel.”
