“I didn’t misfuel my car but simply had unwanted stale fuel to dispose of (my local recycling centre refused to accept it). You advertise this as a service but in practice treat it as a misfuel and charge at your standard rates - which results in a high cost for a simple service. Your operative arrived promptly and did a neat job but you need to re-think the offering.”

“Had a mental block and put unleaded in my wife’s diesel Golf. Called Admiral breakdown they put me on to the AA who said they would sort it .. then called back and said they couldn’t. So I called Fuel Fixer, agreed a price which considering the car wasn’t starting its Friday night I’m stuck in Sainsbury’s car park and the store is due to close in an hour. They promised they would be there within half an hour, they were, and they said they would fix it before the store shut ... and they did .. I drove home an hour later car working perfectly .. thank you Jordan who was amazing and Nora who sorted it all out over the phone . Absolutely brilliant !”
