“The gentleman who attended my car on the night in question was pleasant and professional and proceeded to conduct the necessary tasks as quickly and as efficiently as he could given the nature of the incident My only 2 negatives are 1) The distance from which he travelled to get to me Whilst he travelled approx 80 miles to get to me , from Omagh to Holywood I was waiting on the layby of a very busy carriageway ( the A2 Belfast to Bangor )from approx 21.oohrs until 22.30 pm My suggestion would be that you have access to a more accessible service this side of Northern Ireland or you inform people at the time how long their estimated arrival time is going to be, so they can make a choice as to whether to wait or choose a service more local service ( given that they may have children or a baby on board ) 2) Clearer clarification of costs and methods of paying at time of booking would be of benefit as many people do not carry credit cards or may not have immediate access to such a large amount late at night Regards Catherine Regards Catherine McBride”

“The technician arrived promptly and work started well. After draining and refilling he had some difficulty restarting the vehicle and had to make several calls to colleagues and friends to get advice. He later admitted he had never worked on my model of car before. However some 4 hours after arrival, and with my assistance, he managed to start the vehicle and all was well. So 5 out of 5 for promptness and effort, 3 out of 5 for skill and experience”

“Very good . Friendly , helpful staff- shocked at the price but no more than anyone else and it was my own silly fault !!! Chap who did the work was quick and efficient and kind. My car was stuck at Morrisons petrol station in Seaford - they were also brilliant and gave me your number - so you should thank them too !! Would recommend you to others who are in the same predicament.”
