“The chap who attended was excellent, the service was quick, efficient and professional. Just a shame it cost so much, it feels a little like exploitation of vulnerable situations as I’m sure it doesn’t need to cost so much… but I was grateful for the quick turnaround (waited an hour and was away 20 mins later). £440 lighter! That’s one hell of an hourly rate!!”

“Obviuosly the situation i was in wasn't great, but from my first phone call through to the engineer on site to perform the work was! I was made to feel at ease, and back on the road pretty and the cost considering the seriousness was fair. Cannot fault these guys and if you are ever in the position have no doubts about calling these guys!”

“Speedy turn out, very courteous, drained old fuel, tried to restart after putting new fuel in, but battery died so left in limbo, I did recharge the battery and I did message you but no one got back to me that despite numerous attempts to restart wouldn't have it, wanted to check was refuel done with correct fuel ? No answer, if so what could be reason for No start, ended up burning out starter motor trying to purge fuel from system, so still have a dead car waiting for a new starter motor, would have been nice if someone had got back to me on my messages,”

“After using my AA membership to seek help with my fuel problem, I was fobbed off, no help from them at all. They only recommended I book it into a ford garage which entailed me hiring a heavy lift lorry to get it to the garage. My wife found fuel fixer on the internet. Within 2 hours of the call the van was running and the problem was sorted out. Great service. Thanks.”
