“Operator turned up on time and called 10 minutes ahead as was agreed. Was also and friendly and chatted as he done his thing. Also I've not had any problem with my car since and I now double check which fuel I put into my vehicle and my bike. Hats off to Fuel Fixer.”

“Having just returned to the UK (where I lived in the Gulf someone else ran the fuel pump) and also having purchased my new vehicle, I went to fill it up at the local garage. Due to excitement and not reading the label on the fuel pump, I had been advised to always use Premium fuel. Well, Premium was what I used...but Diesel, not Petrol. I managed to return to my house, but in the morning discovered that the car would not start. It tried but to no avail. When I checked the receipt, it told me the story. Diesel fuel, not Petrol. So I looked up Fuel Fixers on the internet and one phone call initiated what I would classify as A*+ service. The gentleman from the company arrived at the appointed time 21:00hrs and in just over an hour, he had completely drained my fuel tank, flushed all my fuel lines, and refilled my fuel tank with clean Petrol. After a little help from some easy Start spray and a little coaxing, the engine fired back to life. Bearing in mind the car is a Smart car, and the engine is unusual, as it is tucked away behind the driver under an access panel, the service person did very well in accessing the vehicles fuel system and getting it all done, both in the dark and late into his shift. Very competent young man who was then going to drive back to his base in Peterborough, all the way from Great Yarmouth and be ready to help other hapless motorists like me the very next morning. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and the cost was also very competitive, as my father had gone through a similar issue with his Golf, and it had cost him a lot more than my charge. An expensive lesson, but now two months on I can look back and kick myself for being too excited to stop and read the pump properly. Won't be making that mistake again. Thank you Fuel Fixers from a very grateful customer.”
