“Fantastic service, the whole process was completed within an hour of calling the office, nice friendly staff member who even gave me some advice on motor care. I would definitely reccomend this service to anyone who makes the same silly mistake I did!”

“Waiting for the engineer to come took longer than expected. Also I was told over the phone I would have received 25 liters of diesel, when the engineer came he said it was £20 worth of diesel. Not quite the same amount of fuel.”

“Highly recommend. My husband was the culprit to putting wrong fuel in his Kia Sportage. From the moment I picked up the telephone having found your details on line, I was dealt with in a professional manner. Member of staff was extremely helpful, gave half an hour to seeing a representative at the garage our car had been left at. Gentleman who came to carry out the procedure was extremely polite and informative as to what he was doing. Such a pleasure to deal with would recommend to anyone who needs this service.”

“Would recommend this company. First time I have put unleaded in a Diesel, and I was totally distraught. The man on the end of the phone was very understanding and my bearded hero arrived within 45 mins. He was very kind and explained to me how long it was going to take. It took 45 mins. We joked at the end that we hoped never to see each other again!”

“Excellent service, called them, within 30 mins the mechanic was with me and was done within the hour. Car ran perfectly after and was a quick and professional. I am so glad I chose them from google when I put the wrong fuel in my car. I would definitely recommend. Mechanic was very polite, happy and professional.”

“The service was good when it arrived the wait of two hours was a long time in a car without any form of heating in 0 degrees. The gentleman was as good as gold and as I was shivering allowed me to get in the car while he pumped out the tank. As for the price and the way you pay a little clever taking a deposit ensures that however long you wait you wait, And I found the price quite high to be honest but I made a mistake and had to pay for the privilege.”
