“I have mixed feelings about the service from Fuel Fixer. The staff all seemed very polite and helpful and the work done after I accidentally put Adblue in the diesel seems to have been done well and my Vito is running smoothly, I have now changed the fuel filter too as advised. But it took several phone calls whilst I was away to sort out and they were not as organised as I expected as the communication with the recovery did not happen and I had to make extra calls. So then the price which was a lot less than Mercedes but was still a lot for what appears to be less than half a days work and to dispose of the fuel which I know is costly but over £1100, I am unsure about how justified this amount is.”

“Made a BIG mistake in mis-fuelling a luxury rental. Called fuel fixer at 9pm on a cold, rainy night. The engineer arrived on time as promised and the issue was resolved by 11.30pm the same night. The engineer was an excllent pro! Highly recommend FuelFixer.”
