“Very happy with the service I received. When I made the initial call the call handler gave me clear instruction as to the process and also helped to reassure me. When the fuel was cleaned out the service guy was friendly and explained everything he was doing and again reassured me the car would remain safe to use. Would highly recommend your company.”

“The service was impeccable. We broke down on the A34 due to the wrong fuel being put in the van, sadly we conked out on the inside lane. Police attended and arranged recovery, who arrived and towed us 1 mile to the next lay-by, £190 for the privilege. Police wouldn’t leave until the bill was paid. Sadly that’s where we were left to try and arrange recovery to take us an hour home, due to the size of the vehicle, no-one could or was interested in recovering us. So, after some google searching we found Fuel Fixer, one call and they were at the lay-by within 30 minutes, The lovely gent who arrived sorted the van out completely, got us running again and we go home. And we have not had any issues with the van at all since they drained it. The lady on the phone was polite, Helpful and got all arranged swiftly. It felt as if she actually wouldn’t to help and felt for our situation. Genuinely can not fault the service, the price was less than a garage quoted and we still would have had to get the van recovered somehow. Highly recommend this company and would without question use them again if I ever have too. I’d also say I’d Use these over AA Fuel service who advised they couldn’t attend for 24hrs….”
