“Very rapid response. Was with me within 1 HR and fuel drained and refuelled within 35 minutes. AA quoted me 3 to 6 hours which when you have young kids in the car and are a member is not quite what I expected from them. I would recommend these guys to anyone ...”

“Service was good when the mechanic arrived but this was after being called by the mechanic with a delayed eta, then when this time was missed, I was asked to wait until midnight or reschedule to the following day. I rescheduled to the following day and the appointment time was missed yet again. Fortunately I insisted that the AA recover me to my home, otherwise I would have been stranded for 16 hours. Whilst the mechanic was helpful and efficient, the rating reflects the service quality from the company, which was not great for the high price you pay.”

“Excellent service and advice given. Highly recommended. Was massively let down by the AA leaving me stranded with my young family on the A1 for 4 hours with no communication at all from the AA. Phoned 5 times where they did not offer any help and lied to me stating someone was on their way and only offered help finally after 7 hours waiting but the help was for 3 days later! I phoned fuel fixer who came out within the hour and go me up and running. Could not fault them.”
