“Really lovely guy showed up. Couldn’t have done more. I’m an RAC member but they don’t cover me for stupidity! Also couldn’t give me a time to help. Fuel fixer more expensive but when your up against the clock…… hopefully won’t need them again, but if I do, I will.”

“Attended within an hour and 20 mins from booking the service. Michal the engineer was polite and reassurring that everything would be ok. A full tank of fuel drained, the injection system and fuel lines purged of the wrong fuel and replacement fue addedl, all in 35 mins. a diagnostic check showed that all the management systems were working and unaffected by the experience. Yes its expensive [£475} but not as expensive as engines and catalytic converters to replace. Nice job!”

“It took a long time for them to get to us but we were in a high level traffic area. (2 hours wait) The draining out of the fuel was done but the flushing of the system was complicated for the attendee as he had not dealt with that engine before so it took a lot of phone calls before he could do the flush. Afterwards we had to drive to Europe and the engine was continually missing. We had a garage look at it and the flush had not been carried out well and two wire connections had no been put back correctly. But grateful that we were able to continue on our journey.”

“After 40 years of driving and never doing this before, I very stupidly put unleaded fuel in my diesel vehicle! Fuel Fixer had it drained, flushed and me back on the road within 3 hours of my initial call. Very highly recommended but hope I never need their services again 😂🙏”
