“Overall service very good, the chap came out and was very good. The chap on the phone was also good however didn’t tell me what the overall price was. I paid for the £50 deposit and he told me I would have to pay for additional diesel £20 and whatever the difference was, wasn’t expecting the difference was going to be £385??”

“Didn’t have to wait long. Lovely man came. Put cones out to protect area. Fully emptied tank, washed system out. Put some deisel in. Jump started my car & it’s been fine since. Well done. My only negative point was the cost. I thought it was rather expensive for the half hour it took & while I know they have to get rid of the fuel, upkeep van etc I do feel slightly more out of pocket than I anticipated. Still that’ll teach me , a costly mistake!! Thank you Sue”
