“The guy that came out to me when I was having problems with fuel told me it was nothing to do with fuel it was to do with fuel pump inside full tank of the new transit after he did all tests ,I went out following day and bought one and problem solved,he wasn't happy that he couldn't get van going as he usually leaves a job with the vehicle running what a guy superb”

“Put it like this, they broke my car doing the repair and I'm still giving them five stars. Do NOT go to your dealer... call these guys instead. If you've read the horror stories of putting adblue in your diesel tank, then you know how scary it can be. Call these guys. PS - they did break my car but they paid for the repair which took place by a mechanic I trusted the next day. Everything works perfectly and there are no issues! Very reassuring and professional along the way.”

“Excellent service .. came within time agreed, explainED everything, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Advised I should really have the fuel filter replaced as well . Advice also given as to approx cost of fuel filter and where to go to have it fitted So … FIRST CLASS service from beginning to end… Just as a “post script “ I had taken the car , a Jaguar, to the Jaguar garage and they gave me an estimate for the flushing out of the tank ( wait for it it ! ) of SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED POUNDS Fuel Fixer THANK YOU”

“My initial action was to call my breakdown cover who offered to collect the car and drop it at a garage able to fix the problem but after attempting to get several VW group garages to urgently fix my car I was unable to do this. The best I could get was a slot 6 weeks later! I then did an internet search and found good positive reviews for Fuel Fixer. They arranged to fix the car on my drive way that afternoon. The young man was very polite and explained what the process entailed. He was here for several hours and was very thorough only handing me the keys when he was happy all the checks had passed and the engine was running fine. It seems a bit expensive but worth it for a prompt service although I doubt it would have been much cheaper at the Audi dealer 6 weeks later. All in all an excellent service.”
