“Excellent service from the team at Fuego, special shout out to Naomi, I needed my order with next day delivery and despite there not being an option to choose that, the team were very accommodating and made it happen, at no extras cost as well! “Having moved house, we sadly had to leave our previous Fuego wood fired oven behind, so it was high on my priority list to get another oven on order and installed ASAP, we purchased the Brick 80, and it has not disappointed, the look and quality is second to none, and the performance is outstanding, our new construction is now the centrepiece of our outdoor entertaining area.”

“I don’t normally write reviews but the service that we have had from the whole team at Fuego has been outstanding. Communication, from the point of placing an order for a Clasico 90 oven to it arriving has been excellent and everyone, especially Javier has made us feel that we were genuinely important to them. Through no fault of Fuego, our first oven was damaged in transit and even though we had purchased an ex-demo in their January sale, they offered to replace it with a brand new one, which has just arrived. It is not yet in place but is well build, looks great, and we cannot wait to start using it.”

“I’ve just received my new Fuego gas pizza oven. Very fast delivery and easy set up . I can recommend them very good quality and value for money. Why pay over £360 when you can have Fuego for half the price and does an amazing job.”

“I took delivery today after an awful lot of organising on my behalf. I haven't had a chance to use the thing obviously yet as it is not set up but my take is good product, extremely poor company to deal with the such a high value item. With the exception of the young lad, Miles, who took the actual order the service I have received from the other person has been dreadful with emails not answered promptly, delivery instructions sent by email with no code causing me to have to phone the company direct and track down who and how it was being delivered.Lastly, all this email stuff is okay up to a point but when you are my age it is a nightmare and would have expected paper options. At this moment in time, I am not a happy customer.”

“I ordered a Classico 100 oven from Fuego. The customer service has been brilliant. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, the oven was ready quicker than expected and delivery was well organised. There were a couple of minor errors that were amended very quickly. The oven is now in place, it looks amazing. Can't wait to cure it and get cooking!”

“The customer service from Fuego is first class. All my questions, concerns and shipments were resolved quickly and efficiently. From purchase to installation at my home in Scotland took less than a week. Stephane at Fuego did a super job and I am very pleased with the oven. Good construction and built to last. Have used it several times already and so slowly understanding the methods required to make a good Pizza. Have also cooked steaks in the oven so all good. Highly recommended.”

“I recently purchased an oven from Fuego and am delighted with both the product and the service I have received. The craftsmanship of the oven immediately apparent and it enhances any garden or outdoor space. The oven was delivered on the day of my choosing and Stephane kept me informed of progress at all times. Great product, great company to deal with !”
