“I took delivery today after an awful lot of organising on my behalf. I haven't had a chance to use the thing obviously yet as it is not set up but my take is good product, extremely poor company to deal with the such a high value item. With the exception of the young lad, Miles, who took the actual order the service I have received from the other person has been dreadful with emails not answered promptly, delivery instructions sent by email with no code causing me to have to phone the company direct and track down who and how it was being delivered.Lastly, all this email stuff is okay up to a point but when you are my age it is a nightmare and would have expected paper options. At this moment in time, I am not a happy customer.”

“I ordered a Classico 100 oven from Fuego. The customer service has been brilliant. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, the oven was ready quicker than expected and delivery was well organised. There were a couple of minor errors that were amended very quickly. The oven is now in place, it looks amazing. Can't wait to cure it and get cooking!”

“The customer service from Fuego is first class. All my questions, concerns and shipments were resolved quickly and efficiently. From purchase to installation at my home in Scotland took less than a week. Stephane at Fuego did a super job and I am very pleased with the oven. Good construction and built to last. Have used it several times already and so slowly understanding the methods required to make a good Pizza. Have also cooked steaks in the oven so all good. Highly recommended.”

“I recently purchased an oven from Fuego and am delighted with both the product and the service I have received. The craftsmanship of the oven immediately apparent and it enhances any garden or outdoor space. The oven was delivered on the day of my choosing and Stephane kept me informed of progress at all times. Great product, great company to deal with !”

“Had my oven just over a year and a half, cant tell you how much joy this thing has made to me and the family.! In a small terraced house you can smell the cooking wafting over the fences! From pizza's to roast dinners, bbq meat and just doing a simple but lovely omlette in the morning. Now addicted to seasoning wood and getting ready for a cook up. The people at Fuego were so helpful from start to finish. Just puchased an Andiron stump holder to let the air flow around the log when burning. Great company”

“I ordered online as Fuego had a particular paella pan that I had been looking for at a competitive price. The website was easy to navigate, purchasing was a simple process (comprehensive T&Cs) - follow up confirmation very speedy . There was up to date tracking information and very fast delivery. My only quibble (and not enough to reduce my marking) about delivery was that there was no option to divert package to a pick-up shop. My paella pan was incredibly well packaged to prevent any damage to the enamelled surface . It looks absolutely perfect although I will have to wait a short while to test it out. All in all a very good shopping experience and would make me look here first for products”

“What a great experience with a company I have had no dealing with before. I called, left a voicemail, I was called back within an hour by a gentleman called Stephane. He was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions at first, even before I said I wanted to buy one. We then discussed different options and prices. He said, "go away, ill email you some different options, have a think and come back to me if you have any more questions. I bought one today and it's getting delivered in 2 days time. Id definitely recommend Fuego but mostly, Stephane”

“From first contact to delivery was a pleasure to deal with Fuego, I was kept informed all the way this was the fist time I have experienced service like this and what a nice surprise with a sneaky gift when I unwrap the oven. They might be a bit more expensive but together with the service and the quality of the oven makes it a no brainier”
