“This is our very first wood fired oven and we are extremely pleased with the quality, the stone cladding is lovely. We cured the oven for eight hours and then started with home made pizzas. The Fuego team have been in contact a few times to make sure everything is OK and to offer advise. This has been very much appreciated.”

“I can’t speak for using the oven yet as we haven’t got it installed. But customer service from presale all the way to delivery has been amazing. Anytime I called with questions the company have been very helpful and informative and Mark was great taking me through the sales and delivery process. Amazingly they offer delivery to Northern Ireland and this was only £75! As the oven was in stock it came within a few days. The oven itself really is beautiful, even nicer in real life than the photos. I can’t wait to use it!”

“Service was fine up until the delivery of the oven. Once the oven was delivered they stopped responding to emails and there has been no follow-up to see how we're getting on with the oven. Considering it's a such a costly item I would hope for much better customer care.”

“Having moved house, we sadly had to leave our previous Fuego wood fired oven behind, so it was high on my priority list to get another oven on order and installed ASAP, we purchased the Brick 80, and it has not disappointed, the look and quality is second to none, and the performance is outstanding, our new construction is now the centrepiece of our outdoor entertaining area.”

“I don’t normally write reviews but the service that we have had from the whole team at Fuego has been outstanding. Communication, from the point of placing an order for a Clasico 90 oven to it arriving has been excellent and everyone, especially Javier has made us feel that we were genuinely important to them. Through no fault of Fuego, our first oven was damaged in transit and even though we had purchased an ex-demo in their January sale, they offered to replace it with a brand new one, which has just arrived. It is not yet in place but is well build, looks great, and we cannot wait to start using it.”

“I’ve just received my new Fuego gas pizza oven. Very fast delivery and easy set up . I can recommend them very good quality and value for money. Why pay over £360 when you can have Fuego for half the price and does an amazing job.”
