“Right, where to start… as the staff, clinic, and experience although a little uncomfortable (injections(will get onto this further in the review)) were outstanding. FUE were more than professional from the first consultation onwards. They were extremely clear on their pricing, no hard sell and the methods by which they would approach the suggested treatment were explained thoroughly and easily to digest. They were clear and informative on any questions asked, got back to me with answers to all my questions which immediately which put my mind to rest. They never pressured me to book, in fact the opposite, which assured me about their credentials. Side note; I can say here without mentioning any other company names that this was the second clinic that I visited. The two were literally worlds apart as the first clinic demanded a £500 deposit on the day of the consultation. Bad news is that I paid this on the day only to find when I got home that what they stated was not actually correct. It was then a long drawn out affair to get the money back. I then went to FUE Clinics which put my mind not only at rest it was relaxed, informative and no demand for money, just an go away and have a think about it. In addition all pre op guidelines were more than clear. On the day they were extremely slick and treated me like a king. The Surgeon, and Technicians were fantastic and so reassuring, I really can’t praise them enough - a big thanks to all involved. Only negative were the injections - don’t let this put you off though - they last for a few seconds. After that didn’t feel a thing but they do come sharp. The operation was performed in a relaxed environment, which again made me feel very secure that I had made the right decision. The Surgeon Dr. Steve had actually had this procedure many years ago at this clinic, this really did say a lot and if you’re reading this Dr. Steve ’you have great hair’. There were four dedicated technicians in the room as well, all again so nice, friendly and lovely - again if you are reading ‘thanks ladies - much love’. The patience and precision skill showed during the op was remarkable. Post op instructions were very clear. Overall this is clearly a clinic who love what they do, and are very, very, VERY good at it. Not only this I can say although I was having a clinical procedure which lasted 8 hours this was actually quite enjoyable because of the atmosphere, people and procedure! Right, this won’t mean much to most but I have to mention some people in particular: Arran. Thank you so much you were the first person that I met from your company and the reason we chose FUE clinics. It is evident you care deeply about the business and fly the flag. Thank you again you are great guy and should be proud of how you work, real credit to you in particular here. Dr. (Stangoni) Steve. Firstly thank you, really great talking to you during the procedure and thanks for the book recommendation - I’m half way through - wow what a read. I also have to it was you that really nailed it, that this was the right choice of Clinic on the day, you were great. Lidia and the technicians, thank you for the day. You were all fantastic and really lovely. You made the day fly by, and my apologies you had to work late on a Sunday 😂. Also during the procedure you get to watch TV. They have all the channels so I would recommend if you have not watched Maverick yet do so. (Sorry ladies I had too…) Also Jeremy and Leigh. You have a great business, keep up the fantastic work. Your staff are more than good. Really well done. As you can see from above I can’t recommend this company more, if I could I would. I’m a week in now and all is looking good, fingers crossed it continues.”

“Couldn't be more pleased with the service & experience through my hair transplant. Starting off with the initial consultations, I had actually undergone a consultation 3 years ago, but after speaking to Jeremy I thought I would put it off as the time wasn't right. Instantly that let me know that they weren't in it to upsell the procedure, but for the client to do what is best in the situation. Back to current day, my consultation with Jeremy again completely put me at ease as his experience and knowledge of all the procedures helped me to make my decision. In the run up to the procedure, I was provided with all of the details of the procedure and exactly what would happen on the day. I think at this period it is really easy to grow anxiety over the surgery but my mind was completely put at ease and any questions I had were answered almost immediately. On the day of the surgery as I arrived I was escorted into a lounge to once again go over the procedure and how the day would go, to go over any final questions and to determine how my hairline would look. I also got to meet all of the amazing staff that would be performing my surgery, everyone was so friendly and chatty and obviously well-experienced. After taking my medications the surgery began, Dr Steve Stangoni made me feel at ease and would answer any questions I had during the procedure, such as what stage I was at and why they were doing the current processes. After the donor hair was removed I was given lunch and begun the imsertation processes .I was allowed to sit and watch TV for the remainder of the procedure (I ended up falling asleep a few times which helped time fly in) and also continued to speak to all of the lovely staff. After finshing the procedure, I was provided with all of the post-op information both by word and by a sheet that I could take a way as a reminder and all of the medication that I would require for the following weeks. Everything was as clear as day and if there was any information I was unsure about, Jeremy would provide full clarity. I couldn't recommend the service enough, it's so clear that they are there for the patient's best interests and at no point tried to upsell me anything throughout the process. 5 stars across the board, for the staff, procedure, food , facilities and post-op care.”

“I had my procedure performed on the 21st and I have nothing but great things to say about the team, the procedure as a whole and the pre-op organisation and post-op care. To start with, out of all of my enquiries regarding a hair transplant, FUEClinics were the only one who actually gave me a video call to assess my needs and answer any questions I had. All others simply sent a generic quote back which felt impersonal. Jeremy on the other hand was very nice to speak to and was ready to answer any questions I had. The time between confirmation and the actual operation was also much quicker than I expected at just a couple of weeks. The office where they perform the procedure is situated very conveniently just off the M5 so it was easy to get to. The office is also brand new (Less than 2 months old) and very clean and sterile in the operating room. On the day of the operation, I was a little nervous however the whole team was very friendly and quickly put my mind at ease, I had already done some research and knew what to expect however if there was anything I was unsure of I could ask at any point. Dr Steve in particular was very attentive to my needs and was ready to answer any questions I had. First, we quickly went over documentation, and then we started with the extraction phase, the only slightly painful part of the operation was the anaesthetic however they mitigated this somewhat with a vibrating tool so the shock of the needle wasn't too bad. The extraction went smoothly and the technicians were very efficient working with the Doctor so it took surprisingly little time for everything to be complete. Then was a quick lunch, and then we went on to plan out the recipient area. I had all the control I needed but with the Dr's knowledge as to what would be best. Then came the implantation phase, Dr Steve was solely responsible for making all of the incisions and how they should be placed/angled and he stuck to exactly as we had designed during lunch. After the incisions were created the team transitioned over and 3 at a time started implanting the hairs in the incisions while under a careful watch from the Dr. During this time I was able to watch TV as usual and was kept as comfortable as I could expect. At the end of the day, I was bandaged up after given check-out and post-op instructions. I'm still on Day 6 however so far the post-op care has been hassle-free by following these instructions to the letter. There has been no pain or swelling after the operation however that could vary on the person. In terms of the transplant itself, approximately 2500 grafts were taken from my donor area for my front forelock area and a little bit of my mid-scalp, the density is exactly what I was hoping for and the donor area looks fantastic as well, there doesn't seem to be any trace of harvesting and most importantly there's no 'box' where the hairs were taken from as it was randomly taken from the back and sides. From my perspective, I am very happy at this stage and can't wait for it to grow completely although be prepared for a long wait as this isn't instant! Overall I am very impressed with the professionalism and the kindness of Dr Steve and the team that day and Jeremy, every effort was made to make me as comfortable as possible and there is no doubt in my mind that this was a great choice!”

“I had my first hair transplant with FUE Clinics in March 2022 and was very happy with the results I had achieved after one year as I started with hardly any hair on top. Even though I was happy I contacted Jeremy to ask if I could have a further transplant to make it thicker. He was friendly and helpful as always and this was arranged for March 2023. I went to their new premises this time which are even better and in a great location just off the motorway. It was great to see the same faces working there and everyone was friendly and welcoming and put me at ease straight away. They remembered me from last time which was nice. Lee was there to guide me through the day and is so helpful. Dr Steve was impressed with my results after one year and I'm sure it will be even better this time next year - thanks again Steve you've done a excellent job again. Dr Steve, Lee and all of the team (sorry I can't remember all of the names)were brilliant and made a long day a lot easier and relaxed. Three weeks on it's starting to grow and looking good . “I would like to thank all the staff at FUE, for making my day with them as stress free & enjoyable as possible Starting with arriving, I was met at the door , made to feel welcome asked if I had any worries etc. This was Jeremy, although he was not hands on with the procedure, he was always around & available throughout the day. Then meeting Dr Steve , who was a breath of fresh air with his “ bed side manner” , which in the majority of case is missing today. Dr Steve was very knowledgable & competent & kept the mood light & refreshing throughout his 8hr work with me The team working with him , the lady technicians were themselves absolutely brilliant & Dr Steve appreciate everything they did as did I Hopefully I won’t ever see any of the team again , if all has gone well, which is a little disappointing, as i enjoyed my day with them very much. And I hope in six to 12 months, I am running my fingers through lots of hair . I would also recommend anyone, especially people of my age group (in my 70s) to not hesitate to get in touch with this family run clinic , & get the FUE procedure Thank you all again”

“My procedure went better than I expected, from the start the team put me at ease with their very professional but down to earth approach. Dr Steve , has the knack that a lot of GPs / doctors lack nowadays, when I was a lad ( back in the Jurassic) it used to be called “bed side manner” , which helps immensely & lowers your stress levels Although , I believe it would be as good if didn’t have the brilliant team of technicians behind him . Those girls were great , very hard working & conscientious. And of course you have Jeremy , who organises, oversees, & helps make things run smooth , This family run practice, is I’m happy to day the best choice I made . I wasn’t looking forward to a stuffy consulting room & dated practice . Even the premises is light airy modern & welcoming. Hope when 6-12 months is up , I am of the same opinion, but I can’t see why I won’t . Thank you all again , & if all goes well, I’ll never see you all again , which is a bit of a disappointment, as I had a great day . And lastly to anyone around my age 71, it’s not to late to get your hair back, & I would recommend this team”

“My experience at FUE Clinics was truly remarkable! I was nervous about the whole idea at the start, but the staff and Dr. Williams made me feel very comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked through the clinic doors. The whole process was explained to me in great detail and I was well looked after throughout. I'm on day three post Op and I'm still being looked after with good communication and updates by the staff. There are hundreds of clinics out there that offer similar services, but seeing how skilled and amazing the staff are, I would highly recommend FUE Clinics to everyone! “Very professional , informative , friendly and kind people who know exactly what they are doing . Right from the start the Surgeon tells you exactly what is going to happen and from there on you are totally looked after . They go out of there way to make you feel as comfortable as possible but yes you do feel a bit of discomfort but that is nothing to what you are hoping to achieve . Would I use Fue Clinics again ? Absolutely I would , I cannot wait for the results , I cannot thank them enough for the meticulous hard work .”

“I cannot begin to explain how amazing my experience was. I was quite nervous about the procedure but was calmed instantly on meeting with Jeremy Isherwood. He talked through every step and the coatings. There was nothing hidden. It was an open and honest exchange and I was made to feel comfortable. On attending the clinic for my procedure I was pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect and easily accessible. The environment was bright and relaxing. My ever need was catered for. Dr Strangoni was an absolute gentleman. I have met many doctors in my line of work. He really has the doctor/patient relationship worked out to a tee. The whole team were pleasant, patient and enthusiastic. The time drifted by quickly and the procedure was relatively pain free. The amount of skill and experience each of them had was self evident. I am writing this on day two of my recovery. I cannot thank FUE Clinics enough for their time, patience and consideration. I would actively encourage anyone considering a hair transplant to approach this family run business. I did a lot of research and am over the moon with my results.
