“I am very satisfied with the service I have received. The team are highly professional, approachable and fully involved me in the planning. Very good care was taken of myself and the facilities were excellent. Further more, the team stayed on working until 6pm to ensure the restoration was fully completed. The after care package is top notch with a detailed set of instructions on how to take the prescription products over time. I rate FUE 10 out of 10 and would recommend their services to anyone considering a restoration. Thankyou all.”

“I had a FUE back in January 2021 by the FUE clinic in Birmingham. The whole team were so nice and understanding as I was running late due to the bad weather. I wax the only client booked in that day so there was no rush to get their on time as they could t start without me. The whole day goes so quick with the team working flat out to ensure a smooth process stopping for a lovely lunch in between. Pain wise, they numb the areas so you don’t feel a thing and you can watch Netflix or a film if you so wish as it is so relaxing letting the team get on with the procedure at hand. I had thought long and hard for a number of years to go ahead with this procedure so I did my research on the best clinic available to change my life and I I am so grateful to Jeremy the surgeon and the cream for such a professional job well done , I am now just over 2 years down nice my procedure and I am so pleased with my end results and would recommend anyone thinking of a hair transplant to use the FUE clinic. “I’m on day two, post my FUT procedure. The entire procedure day was brilliant. I felt nervous on arrival but was quickly re-assured by meeting the team. I was surprised by how many people were looking after me. A team of 5 nurses, office staff, and my incredible surgeon (Anne Kremer). From minute one I felt relaxed and was very happy with my choice of clinic. I was even able to watch the 6 nations rugby during the transplant. The post-op care has also been very attentive from the staff, and I’m currently relaxing with no pain at all and hopefully in 12 months, my hair will be glorious. Thank you everyone for all your help! (I’m sorry I can’t remember all the names but please thank the entire team for me)”

Hi J, many thanks for your review, you've given me a lot to unpack which is great. Feeling nervous is perfectly natural, it's a big decision and a big day - It's literally life changing! From years of experience and working with a close knit, friendly team, we know how to make all our patients feel comfortable and at ease. We also know how important rest is for our nurses during the long day, which is why we have a dedicated team switching out every 20-30 minutes. It makes such a big difference to the end result, we don't know why every clinic doesn't employ more than 2 nurses for each patient. “Had the FUE procedure 2 weeks ago. Day itself went very well. Jeremy, Steve and the team were friendly, professional and reassuring which made what is quite a long day go pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend them. Now two weeks after the procedure, I doubt anyone could tell I have recently had FUE. Just look like I have had a grade 2 all over. I spent a long time wavering over whether to have the treatment and I have no regrets. Looking forward to seeing the results over the next few months.”

It speaks volumes that after having one area done, you would trust and choose FUE Clinics again to perform surgery on a second area. This is a great reminder to anyone considering a hair transplant, that should you look to have surgery on more than one occasion; ensure that your donor area hair (the back and sides) is managed well and not over-harvested. I remember one patient having a flat tyre and being unable to travel home. We fitted the spare for him and helped organise a replacement outside of normal working hours. “The service provided by this family run clinic is outstanding. From the assessment by Jeremy, the welcome by Lee to all the surgical staff is second to non. They look after you from the word go, explain and show you everything, step by step. The Doctor I had was amazing, he had also had the procedure there and was well supported by the most friendly nurses/assistance I’ve met. Fed all day, net flix, prime, music anything to help the day pass. So far the aftercare and results are perfect. The donor hair is taken so evenly across the back and sides of your head, it’s amazing. You would not get this level of skill, professionalism and aftercare abroad. Maybe more money but worth it. Thank you”
