“Robert was great. I was worried about getting the fees ramped up because I didn't have a recommendation. So I went with FS based on their reviews and reasonable price. Pricing was clear. Robert worked as quickly as is reasonable and was really efficient. Job done within the hour, using the more expensive kit - but totally fair enough having witnessed him working & the task I gave him! Thanks”

“Gabriel was exceptionally quick and efficient at unblocking an overflowing sewerage drain/manhole. Would recommend him and the company to anyone. Very good value for money. I was expecting the job to be 3 or 4 times more expensive.”

“I give it 5 stars. I can find no fault with my experience with FS! I was impressed with the way in which the work was carried out. The operator was friendly and very helpful and having been in the engineering business was impressed with the equipment used and its pristine condition! Arrived on time and cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend your company to my friends.”

“having said they could not fit my problem in, they called me back and said that they could do it after all. Their operative was pretty much on time, explained the problem, sorted it and even went to another property’s manhole to ensure a complete clearance. He further gave advice to contact Anglian Water to inform them that the problem might be repeated etc.”

“A guy named Robert, I explained I was profoundly deaf, no problem at all he said, very polite and pleasant. He looked at the blocked drain and got to work on it. In no time at all the problem was sorted. Excellent value for money. Clean and tidy, no mess. I would definitely recommend this company. They said Robert will be there at 8am and at 8am he was here. Dennis, one happy bunny 🐰”

“The service was friendly, prompt and the engineer who came along was extremely knowledgeable. He arrived within three hours of Michael and the company kept me informed about his timing. He cured the problem. The service is not particularly cheap, but the company and their engineer solved my problem.”
