“Very good service. Non-emergency drain unblocking, but job completed within 24 hours of my initial phone call. Clear pricing and job completed according to initial quote/estimate - no nasty hidden extras. Jordan was very polite and helpful as well, with advice to prevent a repeat performance. Would use again.”

“Jordan came out today to fix a blocked drain for us in our front garden. Was fixed within half an hour and he talked us through tips to avoid blocking in the future and explained fully what he was doing. Lovely guy and great service!”

“Called them to come jet my blocked drain, turned up when they said they would, cleared it in no time, made recommendations to fix it in future. Really nice helpful fella, cost exactly what they said it would. I'm really pleased, would definitely recommend them.”

“Thanks to Jordan who was able to fix the drain problem within 1 hour. He is been really professional and fast on fixing what a previous plumber didn't manage to do. We managed to book a slot withing 24 hrs and the price was really good. Job was done, it was left sparkling and finally the sink is working again. Once again, thank you Jordan!”

“Thanks to Jordan from FS Drainage, the drain problem was sorted out within an hour despite previous attempt from Pimlico Plumbers. It was also very helpful to get a specific time slot to accommodate our disgruntled tenant work schedule. Communication was very clear, pricing reasonable but most importantly we got the result.”

“Extremely pleased with the result of our drainage problem which was attended to by a lovely man, Jordan. He was very efficient with the job, talked us through every step of the way, especially as I like to understand what the issue was to begin with. Jordan was very professional and patient. He has great knowledge of the job and he gave us advice to help prevent this from happening again. If this issue does arise in the future, we'll definitely be booking again!”

“Jordan is friendly, cheerful and - most important - knows what he's doing. He quickly 'vacuumed' and 'wired' my blocked sink. So water now drains away perfectly. He kept me informed about everything he was doing - especially important for me as im visually impaired. And everything was left clean and tidy! Id definitely recommend Jordan if you have any drainage problems.”
