“Couldn’t ask for more! I don’t normally write reviews and had only done it once before when the quality of services provided to me exceeded my expectations. Today I had the same experience with Jordan and I can’t praise him highly enough! After few unsuccessful attempts to get my drain blockage problem sorted by other contractors, Jordan managed to clear the blockage from the kitchen quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. He explained everything in detail and fixed the issue on the spot. Jordan is knowledgeable and left my flat very tidy. Everyone can learn to do the job but not everyone can do it well. Also, Jordan is very considered, taking his shoes off when entered the property and generally a very friendly guy with a smile. Many, many thanks. I will use him again and will highly recommend using him and FS Drainage Service to others.”

“Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, and explained what he was doing along the way. I called just before 6pm yesterday and got an 8am appointment this morning so I can't complain about that either. Overall I'm very pleased and recommend FS Drainage.”

“Jordan cleared our blocked kitchen drain very quickly and efficiently. He gave us notice when he was on his way, arrived prompty and was very friendly and polite - and he cleaned up when he was finished. An absolute joy!”

“I booked FS over the phone with Dominic and the next day Jordan and Mitch did a brilliant job in unblocking my drains quickly. They are a friendly pair and I would recommend this company despite the long wait on the day for them to come which was due to some jobs booked before mine taking longer than anticipated to complete. Nevertheless a top 5 star for them.”

“Great young guys Mitch (Mitchel) and Jordan. They fixed my drainage problem within 15 minutes They kept the appointment on time. While working and providing the service there was a friendly jolly good atmosphere. Made all the effort to do the job. Service was Great!! can not fault (to you guys 5 STARS) Overall Service Rating and Evaluation: Four Stars NOT FIVE STARS explanation as below:- F S DRAINAGE Quotes "There are no hidden extra charges. You’ll know what you’re going to pay beforehand. We believe that to provide a real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity. That’s why it is our mission to encourage openness and transparency within our business – after all it is what we’re judged on" These below 5 items( to award 1 stars on each item) which was also mentioned on their website but did not keep to their word on 2 items hence given 4 stars 1. Prices from £40.00 + VAT (Was charged 75+VAT) NO STAR 2. Available 24/7 GIVEN 1 STAR 3.Fixed Prices(not happy as price quoted over the phone was £40.00+VAT unless the prices refers to some hidden extras ) 4. 2-hour response time( Excellent timing can't fault) GIVEN 1 STAR 5. 6-month guarantee(No warranty or no paperwork or text message to backup the job done) NO STAR BUT “Good service , arrived on time and got a quick appointment. The GUYS were great like able 2 STARS HENCE TOTAL 4 STARS Thanks a lot Mitch & Jordan keep up the good work & keep smiling. Will use again because you ARE GREAT GUYS!!! ( I given you both 5 stars it is FS Drainage needs to keep to their quote)”
