“Jordan arrived quickley and managed to unblock the toilet within a matter of minutes. He also managed to locate another blockage which was starting to build up in the main manhole and also unblocked this pomptly. First class service provided by F.S drainage. I'll definitely be using them again in future.”

“This operative was very thorough in making safe my leaking kitchen sink. He then came back a week later and fixed it permanently. The work was done to a high standard, he replaced taps, all pipework under the sink and sealed the lot. I am very happy with the job done and couldn't ask for any better. He was polite, cleaned up after his work and observed covid distancing. It is so good to see someone take pride in his work like this young Man. My kitchen is now leak free and my sink looks brand new.”

“Let down twice by another well known company. FS turned up when they said they would, fixed the drain blockage, and cleaned up well afterwards. If I ever need this service again, they will be the first I call.”

“He arrived on time, cleared the drains and was very friendly and informative. He then cleaned up after himself and disinfected the floors with Zoflora. The charge was very fair and in accordance with the quote. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.”

“Fantastic service! I would recommend them to anyone! Emailed them late in evening. Responded early next morning and the (non-emergency) problem sorted by lunchtime! Jordon was able to go above the call of duty to fix the blockage when I was not able to get home in time! Brilliant service!”

“Jordan called twice before he arrived 5 mins earlier than the agreed time. I wasn’t actually at the property and he was finished by the time I arrived 15 mins later. Absolutely fantastic customer service, great results and I appreciated how informative they were about what needed to be done before it was done. All prices laid out clearly, very transparent which was important to me as I don’t know anything about drains! A very well drilled operation, I’ll be recommending them and will be using them again!”

“Had a booking issue initially, but when called in the morning, engineer promptly came, and sorted the issue (blocked drain) very efficiently and thoroughly. He also walked us through the issue and pricing and made sure we understood the choices before proceeding. Would not hesitate to use again. 5*”
