“I woke to a very blocked kitchen sink but FS Drainage were absolutely brilliant: I thought it would take days to get someone to fix it but Felix was with me in under two hours, with a text on the way, great phone service too. He was super efficient, friendly and helpful. Will recommend unreservedly.”

“Very professional, fs drainage attended promptly and were excellent during inspection process . I would highly recommend. Guided us through the inspection explaining in detail as progressed. Very pleased and so much better than our insurers drainage company by far.”

“Good service , arrived on time and got a quick appointment. Beware of the hourly rate advertised at £40 + VAT per hour, as, when they use their hoses they charge nearly 4 times more per hour@£75 + VAT per 30 minutes.”

“I phone, then get get throught to super helful person who gives me break down of possible costs, confirm I am happy. I then get a text message stating when engineer was meant to arrive, they arrived (Roberto) on time. Super polite, fixed the problem, Great Price, super super pleased.”

“Brilliant service. Phoned yesterday when found I had blocked drain. Offered me a slot this morning - came promptly about 8.30 and had cleared drains in half an hour. I had a further concern later in day and Rob kindly returned and checked things - which were actually fine. Friendly, efficient and reassuring service. Also good value. would highly recommend. thank you Rob!”

“I contacted FS Drainage at 8pm in the evening & got an appt for the following morning. They messaged me in the morning to say they were on their way, which was helpful and reassuring. Gabriel, the engineer who did the job, was on time, efficient, really friendly and professional. He did the job in under 30mins and gave useful advice too. He was also careful and respectful of my home when having to trail hoses through the house. The charge was very reasonable and payment options were straightforward. I can’t recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again, if need be. Reliable, efficient, excellent service.”

“Extremely friendly and professional service! We had a blocked sink and dishwasher which was resolved quickly and efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable. We were advised how to prevent this occurring in the future. Highly recommend their services!”
