“I still haven't received my star registry certificate in the post. Only received the digit copy.”

“Good product but do not use the print it yourself offer. Nearly used an entire ink cartridge and copy was still poor. Pay extra and let them print the certificate for you.”

“Took very long to arrive A bit disappointed that it only had 3 print outs in the pack as well was expecting a bit more for the extra price we paid”

“Really difficult ordering via Wowcher. Confusing, eventually completed order. Chose gift pack and paid extra. Still waiting for delivery and explanation I why it hasn’t been delivered. This gift was ordered for a birthday present and unfortunately the Birthday has been and gone”

“The folder for £15 was a total waist of money and I expected a print with it. It was bent and not what I expected as it’s a present”

“Bought a deal from living social for name binary stars, for 14:99e, my mistake it was for PDF only so paid another 30e for folder. I received an email from An Post yesterday saying 8:50e is due in customs. So obviously I haven't received it yet.”

“How it was advertised is that you would send me a certificate but you sent me link to print it off but this was for my sister in law as we lost my dear brother so I had to go on another site and buy another one which only cost me 2pound more than I paid you”

“Disappointing and too hard for a child to understand other than they have a star named after them. Would a bright or ordinary star really made a difference (and costing £10 extra) bearing in mind it is too hard to find anyway for most people?”

“I ordered this through Wowcher for my granddaughter and I was surprised when I got the email and it included the certificate which I had to print out. The advert on Wowcher said you can get a beautiful certificate showing her name on the star which would be visible because I opted and paid more for but if I wanted anything more to go with the printed email it would cost me a further £70odd. I paid £16 and thought it would be a bit nicer than just a print that I had to do on my own printer which fortunately does colour printing. I have given this 2 stars and I'm being generous. I feel that the certificate is tacky and to be honest I haven't even given it to my granddaughter for that reason. I'm unsure if this is a result of buying it through Wowcher or if it is actually tacky anyway but my 2-star rating is because Im not sure who'se at fault here but in any case I am very disappointed.”

“Good idea, but only 90minutes to change your mind meant I ended up with 2 packs, however, they still took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. Printout of the star not too clear.”
