“Not what I expected at all I was expected a pack sent to me not an email. How can I send some one an email for Xmas?? Here ya go there’s an email for Xmas enjoy!! Just not what I wanted at all!!”

“Not made clear at purchase it was only a printable at home one, as I don't have a printer this was no use at all , so waste of money. I would have thought Wowcher would have this clear but they didn't. Very disappointed.”

“Great gift idea and easy to order. The only downside was that you do not get a printed certificate and that you have to print it yourself, okay if you have a fantastic printer, not so good if you don't.”

“I got the star for my kids, my nieces and nephews. We lost our mum/their nana last year. I got it registered for her 1 year anniversary. I a dreading the day. But by getting the star I felt I fulfilled what my mum had said to her grandkids. And this made me feel a wee bit better about the anniversary. It was ease to do, lots of things to choose from. We absolutely love it and it arrived fast even with the postal strikes”

“Tried to change the email address of the recipient, only for this company to resend the gift to the wrong email address a second time . Not impressed with the customer service of this company and the matter still hasn't been resolved to a satisfactory conclusion. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company in the future.”

“Bought this as a reminder for my mom’s mom and dad. I’m really pleased that I did, the ordering of what you can name the star, who it’s dedicated to and also your able to right a little message for them. I upgraded from a digital version to a printed version with a presentation folder. The whole thing is so worth it as the printed version is such a quality print. It looks amazing and I know my mom will love it when I give it to her on Christmas day. The site has many options to do much more and easy to use and follow. Delivery times are reasonable too and I didn’t wait to long before it was delivered. I highly recommend this if your looking to remember someone in a unique way”
