“This is something I have been wanting to do for ages for my Granddaughters. Now they have something that no one can take from them, a great idea which I am so pleased about being able to do for them. Plus it was so easy to do. Would highly recommend it.”

“How it was advertised is that you would send me a certificate but you sent me link to print it off but this was for my sister in law as we lost my dear brother so I had to go on another site and buy another one which only cost me 2pound more than I paid you”

“Thank you ! I bought my star for my fur baby and I did not know what to expect amd I did not ask for her star to be put anywhere special I just want to know that she will always shine down on us from never land ! Well when I for tinkerbells paper work through u had out her star in constellation that was the shape of a dog and actually looked like her shape !! Thank you means alot!!”

Hi Minajkamal Malek, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologise for the delay in the delivery of the keyring though we believe the review is unfair as the advertised delivery time for the keyring is 10 working days, you ordered it less than 10 working days ago. Your keyring will be delivered on Monday, we have communicated to you the tracking number where you can track the UPS in real-time. We have sent you at least 7 emails about your order detailing all the deliveries and star registration information highlighting that your star pack and the keyring arrive in different shipments. I can see in our system that you have opened all of them. We are not Amazon and our small team works hard to get all the orders as fast as possible, we usually deliver earlier than our advertised time but it is not always possible due the circumstances beyond our control such as strikes. We clearly say how many days it takes on all product pages on our website to avoid any disappointments. I am sorry you feel that way but we have communicated extensively answering all your questions. I hope for your understanding.
