“It was a good purchase unfortunately I was led to believe I would receive a wall poster showing the star and constellation but this was not received. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for my son.”

“Disappointed! Got the "package" at the reduced offer price and then found out I would have to pay extra for a printed version. Eventually downloaded and printed the certificate off and framed it. Hang on to the discount and put it towards a charity - I won't be ordering another one.”

We always listen to our customers' feedback and therefore we offer flexibility to tailor your own star naming gift which was clearly voiced to us by many of our customers. We offer a variety of addons and you can opt for paperless star registration or a printed pack with a black or white frame, add a poster available in two sizes or choose from our silver necklaces. I can see that you have chosen paperless digital star registration which is delivered by email to you and directly to the gift recipient, we've also added a complimentary Instagram-ready certificate, and we constantly add new digital services which are available to all our existing customers.

“Ordered a name a star gift online , received by e mail, then upgraded to a pack, which seemed to have got lost, replacement sent apparently and I’m still waiting , not to impressed with the service received at presant, cannot fill in the rest of the review page as I still have not received pack”

“Website hard to use and was not responding at points if it wasn’t the fact I had a voucher I wouldn’t have bothered. Ended up paying more as the download pack was so bad. When I paid for the pr-printed pack that was as described and what I was looking for not the 1 sheet of A4 which was the download option.”

“I never received it in the post or via email, had to email the customer service team to receive it and it was a gift for someone. Even after I emailed I only got the gift via email have no idea where my postal one is”

Thank you for taking your time to give a review. You placed your order in January and contacted our Customer Service only in June. We responded to your email immediately and you confirmed that you have found your certificate in your mailbox. We've checked that you have purchased a promotional code with Wowcher and we've reviewed the advertisement page that was promoted in January and it stated that the PDF certificate is included and access to a printer is required. You did not add a printed pack delivered by post to your order, so we could not deliver an order which was not ordered. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and excellent customer service.
